Here at Nature Shack we believe in trying and using the products we sell.

In that spirit, I tried a recipe this past weekend for a smoothie, with delicious results. It’s packed with delicious fruit and superfoods, guaranteed to give you a boost whether you choose it as a meal replacement, or a snack between meals. Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients:

1 handful of strawberries, fresh or frozen

1 handful of blueberries, fresh or frozen

1 quarter of a small papaya

1 half of a small pineapple

1 banana

1-2 scoops of Wazoogles Unicorn Berry Protein Blend

1-2 tbsp of Oh Mega Almond Butter

Add water as desired – more water if you like a thinner consistency, less if you prefer thicker

Add ice if you prefer it nice and cold

Simply put everything in a blender/Nutribullet (any machine which can handle ice will do) and blend until smooth

Note: You can substitute the Almond Butter for Peanut Butter or Macadamia Butter for a delicious alternative. Likewise, the Wazoogles Unicorn Protein Blend can be substituted for the Vanilla Sky or Chocolate Moondust alternatives

If you would like a little more sweetness, try adding a teaspoon of Eucalyptus Honey or Orange Blossom Honey

Garnish with mint and fresh berries, if desired.
